Quality Management

- Develop and implement the project QA/QC Plan, ITPs, Method Statements and Checklists.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, codes and standards.
- Establish quality procedures and monitor their implementation on site.

Site Inspection & Control

- Supervise quality inspections for excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
- Conduct inspections at required Hold Points and Witness Points.
- Verify materials and workmanship before approval.

Material Quality

- Check and approve incoming construction materials with proper MTC/test certificates.
- Coordinate testing of cement, steel, concrete, aggregates, blocks, soil, waterproofing materials, etc.
- Ensure only approved materials are used at site.

Concrete Quality Control

- Monitor slump tests, cube tests,



concrete temperature and batching records.
- Verify mix design and concrete grades.
- Monitor concrete pouring, vibration, curing and cube sampling procedures.

Documentation

- Maintain Inspection Requests (IR/WIR), Material Inspection Reports (MIR), Test Reports, NCRs, Checklists and Quality Records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.

Maintain complete project quality documentation for handover.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
