SkyPod Immigration Consulting Inc. is a growing Canadian immigration consulting company serving clients in Canada and overseas.

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & CRM Growth Specialist who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities, optimize existing campaigns, generate new leads, and develop strategies to generate additional business from our existing CRM database.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Zoho CRM, and Marketing Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising

- Manage and optimize existing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, cost per lead, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize keywords, search terms, audiences, ad copy, budgets, bidding, targeting, and campaign structure.
- Identify new advertising opportunities and develop new campaigns for different Canadian immigration services.
- Develop retargeting and lead-nurturing strategies.

SEO & Content Strategy

- Develop and improve the company's SEO strategy.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and leads.
- Recommend website content, landing pages, blogs, and other SEO improvements.
- Develop strategies for flyers, social media content, Reels, videos, educational content, success stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify which services and topics should be promoted to different target audiences.

Zoho CRM & Email Marketing

- Use Zoho CRM to segment and target existing leads and contacts.
- Develop email marketing and re-engagement campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services to existing and previous clients.
- Develop strategies to convert old/inactive leads into new clients.




- Create targeted campaigns based on previous inquiries, services purchased, client profiles, and interests.

Zoho Marketing Automation

- Create and manage marketing automations using Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications.
- Develop automated lead nurturing, follow-up, re-engagement, and cross-selling campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and follow-up activities.

Marketing Strategy & Reporting

- Develop monthly marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Monitor performance across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, and CRM campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Continuously test, analyze, and improve marketing performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase both new lead generation and revenue from existing contacts.

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with SEO and keyword research.
- Experience with email marketing and CRM-based campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM is highly preferred.
- Experience with Zoho Marketing Automation / Zoho workflows is an asset.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to independently identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lead nurturing.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Canadian immigration industry experience is preferred.

Industry Experience – Preferred

Experience marketing Canadian immigration services such as:

Study Permit | PGWP | Express Entry | PNP | PR | Work Permit | Visitor Visa | Super Visa





Candidates who understand the Canadian immigration market and have experience targeting audiences in Canada and India will be strongly preferred.

Compensation

Compensation is flexible and will be based on the candidate's experience, expertise, and demonstrated ability to deliver results.

Salary is not the primary consideration for the right candidate. We are willing to offer competitive compensation to an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate strong expertise and the ability to generate measurable results.

Working Hours

3 hours per day | Part-Time | Remote

The candidate will work remotely from India and will coordinate regularly with our Canadian team during mutually agreed working hours.

- How can we reduce our cost per qualified lead?
- Which immigration services should we advertise next?
- Which existing leads should we target again?
- Which previous clients could benefit from another service?
- How can we use Zoho CRM to generate additional revenue?
- What type of flyers, videos, and content should we create?
- What marketing automation can save our team time?
- What should we change to improve our overall marketing ROI?
