Role Profile :-
Major role of the SME would be floor support, team management, client management, audit, Process Improvement, Data analysis etc.

Should be experienced as a Team Leader / SMEs. Should have well understanding of work of a TL / SME - such as Performance Management, Coaching and Development, Handling Escalations, Operational Oversight, Employee Engagement, Reporting, Team Management (including Shrinkage, Attrition, Team Briefing, one-on-one sessions, Conflict Management etc), Client Mangament, Call Audit and Process Improvement etc.

Skills :-

If Internal - Good Communication Skill in English and Hindi. Positive understanding of MS Office (Majorly Excel, Word and Powerpoint). Experience in Email and Retention (Or Sales) preferred.

If External - 1. People Management & Leadership skill, 2. Operational & Analytical Skills, 3. Client & Process Proficiency.
