We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to handle GCC recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, telecalling, screening, vacancy fulfillment, client coordination, and visa documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for GCC job vacancies.
- Conduct telecalling and regular candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
- Work towards filling assigned vacancies.
- Handle recruitment and visa processing documentation.
- Maintain candidate and client relationships.
- Support recruitment sales and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telecalling and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Experience in recruitment, visa processing, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided to selected freshers.

Probation: 3 months
Work Mode: Full time, On-Site
Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
