About Us:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant with prior experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should be well versed in Tally and GST compliance, and should be capable of managing day-to-day manufacturing accounting with a strong focus on cost drivers, inventory movement, production-related entries, and cost control. The candidate should also be willing to learn and adapt to accounting platforms such as BUSY and upcoming ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries
- Handle GST compliance, return filing support, reconciliations, and related documentation
- Monitor and account for day-to-day manufacturing transactions, including raw material consumption, production entries, stock movement, and finished goods accounting
- Track and analyze cost drivers such as raw materials, wastage, labor, overheads, and production inefficiencies
- Support costing,



inventory reconciliation, WIP tracking, and manufacturing-related accounting entries
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and monthly account closing activities. Monitor vendor and customer accounts, outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups
- Learn and transition into BUSY Accounting Software and adapt to the company’s upcoming ERP system

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of BUSY - ERP systems and GST
- Good understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory, costing, and cost control
- Willingness and ability to learn new software, including BUSY and ERP systems
- Solid attention to detail, accountability, and process orientation
- Prior experience in a packaging or paper manufacturing company will be highly appreciated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
