- Responsible for attending the calls and directing it to relevant departments and sales in charge.
- Following up on the leads and updating it in our books.
- Whatsapp follow up
- Customer feedback collection
- Maintaining customer Data
- Sales conversion
Working time - 10 AM - 7 PM
Also responsible for editing and posting into our social media handles .
