Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our IT company in Salem. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the business development and sales process.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through calls, messages, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain our IT products/services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned monthly business development targets.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil and English communication is mandatory.
- Hindi communication is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of the IT/Software industry is preferred.
- Should be confident, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Candidates who can work from the Salem office are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
