- Lead, supervise, and schedule studio staff
- Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Handle client appointments, walk-ins, and complaints.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the studio.
- Manage inventory, order products, and control stock usage.
- Implement marketing promotions and client retention strategies.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve goals.
- Monitor daily sales, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
- Ensure all operations comply with studio standards andregulations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
