Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Holiday Consultant to join our team in Edappal. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, planning holiday packages, assisting customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
- Understand customer travel requirements and budget.
- Plan and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations and travel itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate hotel, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Maintain customer and booking records.
- Coordinate with travel partners and service providers.
- Provide customer support before and during travel.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, holiday planning, or sales.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
