Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare and verify GST-related data, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase records and ensure proper ITC accounting.
- Handle TDS/TCS calculations, entries, challans, and return-related data.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and reconcile customer/vendor ledgers.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare financial reports such as Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and management for accounting-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, GST, TDS,



and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in accordance with company policies.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS/TCS, and basic taxation.
- Knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:
B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
