Position: Trainee Medical Coder

Life Sciences Graduates
Paramedical Graduates

CPC Certified candidates only
Candidates with a relevant healthcare/medical background are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:

Review and analyze medical records, patient charts, and clinical documentation.
Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and other applicable medical codes.
Ensure accurate coding based on physician documentation and coding guidelines.
Understand medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
Identify missing or unclear clinical information and follow appropriate escalation procedures.
Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards.
Follow healthcare privacy, compliance, and organizational policies.
Participate in training and continuous learning related to medical coding updates.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology
Good understanding of medical terminology
Knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding
Strong communication skills
Positive analytical and attention-to-detail skills




Ability to understand and interpret medical documentation
Basic computer proficiency

Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment
Certification:
CPC (Certified Professional Coder) – Mandatory
Salary:
CTC: ₹24,000 per month
In-hand: Approximately ₹19,000 per month
