Agonda Palm Beach Resort is looking for a friendly, confident and professional Waitress – Restaurant Server to join our beachfront restaurant, The Rolling Sea, in Agonda, South Goa.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, communicates well and can provide warm, attentive and efficient restaurant service.

Important – Seasonal Position

This is a seasonal position and not year-round employment.

Our resort operates during Goa's tourist season, generally from September/October until the end of May or beginning of June. The resort closes during the monsoon period.

Candidates should be comfortable working for the full season. Good performers may be offered an prospect to return for future seasons.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Explain menu items and make recommendations to guests
- Serve cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine and other beverages
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth and timely service
- Check on guests during their meal and respond to requests
- Clear and reset tables
- Handle POS/billing when required
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and table setup
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle guest concerns politely and professionally




- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene
- Support other members of the F&B; team during busy service

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience as a Waitress, Restaurant Server or F&B; Associate preferred
- Good spoken English and Hindi
- Confident and comfortable communicating with Indian and international guests
- Friendly, polite and guest-focused
- Well-groomed and professional
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages
- Able to work efficiently during busy restaurant service
- POS/billing experience is an advantage
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays during the tourist season
- Willing to relocate to Agonda, South Goa
- Comfortable with seasonal employment
