Job Description – QC Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy
Location: Greater Noida
Industry: Engineering / Sheet metal Fabrication

Key Responsibilities

- Incoming, in-process and final quality inspection.
- Inspection of fabrication, welding and sheet-metal components.
- Perform and coordinate NDT activities.
- Prepare NDT (Non Destructive Testing), inspection and quality reports.
- Check dimensions as per drawings and specifications.
- Verify MTC (Material Test Certificate), material identification and traceability.
- Prepare ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), MIR (Material Inspection Report), NCR (Non Conformance Report), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and quality dossiers.
- Coordinate customer and third-party inspections.
- Monitor quality at manufacturing and project sites.




- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality procedures.

NDT Certification

- NDT Level-II certification is mandatory.
- Certification in UT / MT / PT / RT preferred.
- ASNT / ISNT or equivalent certification preferred.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of fabrication and welding inspection.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of NDT methods and defect identification.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 preferred.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- MS Office/Excel knowledge.

Preferred Experience

- Sheet Metal fabrication & manufacturing Industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
