MLIME is a Rajasthan-based enterprise that develops, produces and provides lime-based sustainable construction materials in India and beyond. We are looking for energetic candidates to join our team in the role of an HR Manager to support our growing team.
Education: No bar
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Job Location: Remote
Pre-requisite skills:
- Microsoft office and Google suite
- Basic understanding of construction principles and vocabulary is desirable but not essential

Scope of Work
- Leading and supporting recruitment processes by writing job descriptions, filtering candidates and facilitating interviews
- Monthly and quarterly performance reviews
- Maintenance of time office records like attendance, leave register etc
Excellent communication skills are essential. Basic understanding of construction principles and vocabulary are desirable but not essential.
