- Attend incoming calls and guide patients regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic services.
- Call existing patients to collect feedback and understand their experience.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into patients.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with patients.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, or healthcare will be an advantage.
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
