Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience in designing intuitive and engaging experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Design UI for web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on data visualization.
- Pay close attention to interaction, visual, and motion design details.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand requirements and contribute to defining product solutions.
- Ship, measure, and continuously improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Work closely with engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Clearly communicate and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design.
- Experience designing web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of user flows,



wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and interaction design.
- Experience with data visualization is preferred.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to explain and justify design decisions clearly.

The role requires robust attention to detail and a user-focused approach.

- Freelancing experience candidates are not eligible for this position.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Bangalore office.
