Compliance Specialist (US Operations)

Compensation: ₹8,40,000 per annum (₹70,000 per month)

Work Location: In-person (NX One, TechZone 4, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh)

Note: Relocation within 20 km of the office is required.

Schedule: Pacific Standard Time (PST) / Night Shift in India. Monday through Friday.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our growing team in Greater Noida West. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy, security, and compliance of our student and instructor records. You will play a key part in safeguarding sensitive information, supporting institutional transparency, and ensuring strict adherence to US regulatory agencies.

What You Will Own

- Record Management: Oversee the maintenance of all student and instructor records, ensuring the highest level of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data entry.
- Audit & Clearance: Meticulously review all student files. Ensure all required documentation has been received, verified, and audited before clearing a student to advance to clinical training.
- Policy & SOP Execution: Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to the creation, maintenance, and secure access of educational records.
- Discrepancy Resolution:



Address and resolve any issues related to record discrepancies or non-compliance swiftly and professionally.
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures and conduct regular audits to guarantee that student and instructor files align with US local, state, and federal regulations, as well as institutional policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Student Success, Admissions, and IT departments to rectify compliance issues and streamline record-keeping processes.
- Team Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries related to student records, providing ongoing support and resources to staff to maintain high standards of accuracy.

- Process Creation: Documented ability to create, follow, and optimize complex processes, procedures, and SOPs.
- Attention to Detail: Elite organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Strict Confidentiality: Absolute integrity and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information with discretion.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) with robust interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Fluency: Deep familiarity with complex record-keeping processes, data management systems, and institutional databases.

Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of documented work experience creating processes, procedures, and SOPs in a compliance, legal, or administrative operations capacity (Required).
- Location: Must be willing and able to work in-person at our NX One office in Greater Noida West (Relocation within 20 km is mandatory).
- Language: Fluent English (Required).
- Availability: Must strictly adhere to the Pacific Time Zone schedule, Monday through Friday.
