Medisure Surgery Care is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Business Development Managers (Sales) to join our growing team in Noida. Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries.
- Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding consultations and surgical treatments.
- Counsel patients and assist them throughout their treatment journey.
- Follow up with prospective patients and convert leads into consultations and surgeries.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Build trust with patients through skilled and empathetic communication.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly sales, consultation, and conversion targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Healthcare, BPO, Telesales, Insurance, Customer Support,



or Sales will be preferred.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Strong convincing, counselling, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with empathy and patience.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
