Key Responsibilities

- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to introduce our website and digital services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate recent sales leads through cold calling, online research, referrals, and other channels.
- Website Awareness: Create awareness about our newly launched website, services, features, and benefits among potential customers.
- Account Signups: Encourage interested prospects to visit the website and complete the account registration/sign-up process.
- Customer Qualification: Understand customer requirements and identify prospects who are genuinely interested in our services.
- Service Explanation: Clearly explain our website services, pricing, benefits, and how our solutions can help customers.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels to convert leads into customers.
- Sales Conversion:



Work toward achieving monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, website signups, and conversions.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, customer responses, and signups in the CRM or company tracking system.
- Market Feedback: Collect customer feedback, identify common questions or objections, and share useful market insights with the sales and management team.

Skills Required

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Ability to explain services clearly.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
