About the Role

Viyupool E-commerce & Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Account Manager who can independently manage and grow Amazon seller accounts.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, listings, catalogue management, account health, orders, inventory and overall account operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete management of Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Product listing creation, optimisation, and maintenance
- Title, Bullet Points, Description, Backend Search Terms & A+ Content optimisation
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Amazon PPC / Ads campaign creation and management
- Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display knowledge
- Daily monitoring and optimisation of ad campaigns
- ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate and sales analysis
- Budget planning and performance improvement of Amazon Ads
- Inventory and pricing management
- Order, return, cancellation and reimbursement monitoring
- Amazon Account Health monitoring
- Handling suppressed, inactive and stranded listings
- Resolving Amazon seller issues through Seller Support cases
- Monitoring sales, traffic,



conversion and overall account performance
- Preparing regular sales and performance reports
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve account performance
- Managing multiple seller accounts efficiently

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central
- Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC / Advertising
- Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central dashboard
- Strong knowledge of Amazon listing optimisation
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword research
- Ability to analyse sales and advertising reports
- Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage seller accounts
- Good communication skills

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of an Amazon seller account, rather than someone who only knows listing work.

Solid Amazon Ads/PPC knowledge is mandatory.

We prefer candidates with experience managing multiple Amazon seller accounts.

Salary

₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, Amazon Ads knowledge and practical account-management skills.
