We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong creative writing skills to build and manage our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging, original, and high-quality content aligned with brand voice
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and campaign ideas with a strong creative approach
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement
- Stay updated with trends, reels formats, and platform algorithm changes

Requirements:

- Strong command over creative writing and storytelling
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts
- Understanding of content strategy, branding, and audience psychology
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, etc.) and video content trends
- Ability to think creatively and execute ideas independently

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
