Ducat India is looking for a target-driven Team Lead / Branch Manager to take ownership of the overall sales, revenue, and target achievement of the Jaipur Branch. The candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, managing the counselling/sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of branch sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual branch targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales/counselling team to ensure 100%+ achievement of branch targets.
- Personally contribute to sales through individual target achievement and lead conversion.
- Monitor daily enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, revenue, and pending leads.
- Drive lead generation, follow-up, counselling, conversion, and revenue-generation activities.




- Ensure effective utilization of leads and minimize lead leakage.
- Analyze team and branch performance reports and formulate action plans for improving business numbers.
- Handle important student/customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value admissions.

Candidate Requirements

- 5 years + of experience in Sales, Team Handling, Branch Management, or Business Development.
- Strong and proven track record of achieving branch/Individual sales targets.
- Should have experience managing a team and taking responsibility for overall branch revenue.
- Experience in IT/tech based counselling will be preferred.
- Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue, conversions, and business growth.
- Should be comfortable with individual as well as team/branch-level targets.
- Valuable understanding of CRM, sales tracking, lead management, and performance reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
