Procurement Engineer - MEP - Mechanical

Location: West Mogappair, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer with solid expertise in MEP (Mechanical) procurement to join our growing team.

Key Skills & Experience:

- HVAC Systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation Systems)
- Ducting and Insulation Materials
- Chilled Water & Refrigerant Piping Systems
- Pumps and Valves
- Fire Fighting Systems (Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, Hose Reels, etc.)
- Plumbing and Drainage Materials
- Mechanical Equipment Procurement & Vendor Management
- Technical Evaluation of Materials and Equipment
- Preparation of BOQs, RFQs, and Comparison Statements
- Coordination with Project, Design, and Site Teams

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical/MEP Procurement.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.




- Ability to evaluate technical specifications and ensure timely procurement for projects.
