We are hiring a proactive Field Sales Executive to expand our distribution network across India for residential and commercial plumbing valves (brass, CPVC, UPVC, bronze, and domestic ball/check/foot valves). This role focuses on appointing, expanding, and managing retail hardware stores, sanitaryware dealers, regional stockists, and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

- Dealer & Retail Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and build robust relationships with sanitaryware shops, plumbing hardware dealers, and regional wholesale distributors across tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 markets.
- Secondary Sales & Retailer Engagement: Visit local markets daily to ensure high shelf placement, take repeat orders, monitor stock turnover, and resolve dealer grievances.
- Plumber & Contractor Outreach: Conduct local plumber meets, contractor engagement programs,



and loyalty scheme rollouts to drive brand recall and direct product pull.
- Order & Payment Collection: Secure regular orders, track dispatch timelines, and ensure timely payment collections in line with credit terms.
- Trade Schemes & Visual Merchandising: Implement retail trade schemes, display boards, and POS branding across major hardware clusters.
- Market Feedback: Track local competitor pricing, counterfeit threats, dealer margin expectations, and regional demand trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
