We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in Industrial Automation, Sensors, Electrical/Electronic Components, and B2B Industrial Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business opportunities through professional networks and market development.

· Acquire new industrial customers and develop long-term business relationships.

· Handle technical discussions, product selection, quotations, negotiations, and order conversion.

· Promote industrial automation products, sensors, controllers, PLC/HMI systems, drives, relays, power supplies, and specialized components.

· Identify outsourcing, sourcing, and specialized industrial supply opportunities.

· Achieve sales and business development targets while ensuring healthy profit margins and timely payment collection.

· Build and expand the company's customer base and market presence.

Desired Profile:

· 3–10+ years of experience in Technical/Industrial Sales.

· Robust knowledge of industrial automation and components.

· Proven B2B sales and customer acquisition capability.





· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

· Strong professional network within the industrial sector.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of contributing significantly to business growth.
