Required Experience

- 10+ years: in infrastructure, cloud or DevOps engineering, of which 8+ years hands-on Azure engineering.
- Azure platform depth: Management groups, subscription design, Azure Policy, networking (hub-spoke/vWAN), Entra ID, security baselines.
- Terraform (mandatory): Advanced- reusable modules, state management, drift detection.
- Microservices architecture: Solid understanding of service design and deployment patterns.
- Containers & Kubernetes (mandatory): Expert, hands-on experience — cluster design, networking, RBAC, autoscaling, production ops.
- Helm Charts (mandatory): Proven experience building and managing Helm charts.
- Observability (mandatory): Expert experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor.
- Git & GitHub (mandatory): Solid workflow discipline — branching, PR review, trunk-based development.
- CI/CD (mandatory): Hands-on with Azure Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions.
- Engineering discipline: Code review and documentation habits; sprint-based agile experience.

Desirable





- Microsoft certifications (AZ-104 Azure Administrator, AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect, AZ-400 DevOps Engineer).

- Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI or Azure Arc experience.

- ARM or CloudFormation alongside Terraform.

- Experience with policy-as-code (OPA, Sentinel) and IaC security scanning (Checkov, Wiz, tfsec).

- Exposure to internal developer portals (Port.io, Backstage) or platform engineering models.

- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated environments.

- Scripting in Python, PowerShell or Bash for automation tooling.

- Cloud platforms beyond Azure — AWS and/or GCP

- GenAI-assisted engineering — Copilot or LLM-based agents for IaC/code review/automation

- Kubernetes certifications: CKA/CKS

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
