We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team and empower the next generation of digital professionals.

The Role: Digital Marketing Trainer

As a Digital Marketing Trainer at NCA, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging training programs to our students. You will blend theoretical knowledge with practical, agency-level insights, preparing students for success in the competitive digital landscape.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

- Conduct training sessions (Online/Offline/Hybrid) on all core aspects of Digital Marketing including Graphic Designing (using tools like Canva/Adobe Suite) and Video Editing (for social media/YouTube).
- Develop and update course curriculum, focusing on the latest AI tools and industry trends.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to students working on live client projects.
- Assess student performance through assignments, and project evaluations.
- Assist the agency side (part-time, as needed) in optimizing current client campaigns, ensuring you stay sharp on real-world application.
- Maintain a vibrant and engaging learning environment.

What You Bring (Requirements):

- Experience:



Minimum 2+ years of practical experience in the Digital Marketing industry (agency experience preferred).
- Core Expertise: Deep knowledge and proven proficiency in the following areas:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM / Google Ads)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Essential Creative Skills:
- Graphic Designing (Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Video Editing (Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Filmora, or CapCut for creating social media/marketing videos).
- Analytics/Strategy: Proven competence in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics (GA4 proficiency is a must).
- Teaching/Mentoring Skills: Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (Punjabi and English proficiency is required), presentation, and time management skills.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Adampur location.
