EduBH’s Learn + Earn Program gives you the opportunity to pursue an online UG/PG program from our partner universities while working with us as a BDA – Education Counsellor, completely from home.

What makes this opportunity different?

Instead of choosing between education and earning, you can do both simultaneously.

As part of the program, you will pursue your online UG/PG course while working with EduBH as an Education Counsellor. Under the program structure, EduBH supports the course fee through financing and takes care of the applicable instalments as per the program terms, making the education effectively cost-free to the candidate while they are part of the program.

Your Role – BDA / Education Counsellor

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with students who are exploring higher-education opportunities and help them choose the right online UG/PG program.

What you'll do:

- Receive approximately 100 student leads per day through our CRM.
- Connect with students over calls and understand their educational requirements.
- Counsel students regarding suitable online UG/PG programs.
- Explain course, university, eligibility and admission-related details.
- Follow up with interested students.
- Convert eligible students into successful admissions.
- Maintain regular updates and follow-ups through the CRM.
