Job Description – Sales Executive (Education & Training)

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our academy. The role involves guiding students and parents about our courses, handling enquiries, and converting leads into successful enrollments. This position is ideal for freshers or experienced candidates who enjoy communication and working in an education-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student and parent enquiries through walk-ins, calls, and online leads
- Clearly explain course details, fees, and learning outcomes
- Counsel students based on their interests and educational goals
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records
- Support admission drives and promotional activities

Requirements





- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Interest in sales, counselling, and student interaction
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹13,000-15,000
