Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
Handle onboarding, documentation & employee records
Manage attendance, leave & payroll coordination
Monitor employee performance, discipline & productivity
Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns
Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads
Maintain positive employee relations
Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance
What We’re Looking For-
Solid knowledge of HR Operations & Recruitment
Good understanding of Payroll & Compliance
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong people-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
