JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF BACK OFFICE SALES EXECUTIVE

1. Assist and support administrative staff in their day-to-day operations.

2. Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.

3. Conduct marketing research, document, and report to the marketing department.

4. Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.

5. Prepare and reconcile customer balances.

6. Maintaining professional office decorum.

7. Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.

8. Assisting the Front Office team.

9. Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.

10. Addressing customer grievances directly and giving them solutions maintaining a professional manner in an organized way.

BACK OFFICE SALES EXECUTIVE Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.




- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.
- Incumbent should be fluent in English with well conversant with emails.
- Added knowledge in Digital Marketing will be preferable.
- Added knowledge in Image editing & photoshop will be preferable.
