- Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
- Installation and termination of CAT6 cables, RJ45 and BNC connectors.
- Troubleshooting CCTV, DVR/NVR, networking and power-related issues.
- Configure IP addresses, routers, switches and remote viewing.
- Attend customer complaints and service calls.
- Perform preventive maintenance and replacement of faulty equipment.
- Conduct field visits to customer locations in and around Perambalur.
- Maintain service reports and provide proper customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and service.
- Knowledge of Analog & IP CCTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, routers and switches.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or related field preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel for field service.
