Qualification

- B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university/institution.
- Qualification as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) norms.
- Strong academic background with good communication and teaching skills.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized Nursing College.
- Experience in clinical training, student mentoring, and academic activities is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver nursing theory and practical classes effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct and supervise clinical postings and practical sessions.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and clinical activities.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and departmental activities.




- Assist in curriculum implementation and academic development activities.
- Maintain student academic records and support quality assurance initiatives.
