Position: Accounts Executive
Experience: 3 + years of experience in busy
Qualification: Graduate
Location: Ecotech -11 Greater Noida
JD:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Busy Software
Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records
Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and payment entries
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Manage GST data, invoice checking, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and outstanding balances
Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, and financial documents
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
Support audit and compliance-related activities
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounts data.
