We are looking for a skilled IT and Database Support Executive to manage IT infrastructure, support academic technology, and ensure smooth system and database operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, systems, and hardware
- Handle databases and shared drives, ensuring proper data organization and accessibility
- Troubleshoot classroom technology such as digital boards, projectors, and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to faculty for content sharing, system setup, and class readiness
- Ensure smooth conduct of classes by maintaining all IT systems in working condition
- Perform regular data backups and support basic cybersecurity practices
- Work with ERP systems (e.g., Digi) for academic and administrative operations

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent




- (Diploma candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered)
- Experience: 3–6 years in IT support, infrastructure management, and database handling
- Experience in educational institutions is an added advantage

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, systems, hardware)
- Database management and data handling skills
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with IT and classroom equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and backup processes
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
