About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and people-focused Senior Executive - People & Culture to

help shape an exceptional employee experience and strengthen our organizational culture. This

role will partner closely with business leaders to design and execute initiatives that foster

employee engagement, leadership development, learning, well-being, and a high-performance

culture.

The ideal candidate is someone who believes that great organizations are built through great

Key Responsibilities

● Drive employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and workplace experiences

that enhance employee satisfaction and belonging.

● Design and execute employee recognition, rewards, wellness, and appreciation

programs.

● Partner with business leaders to strengthen team engagement, collaboration, and

organizational culture.

● Plan and coordinate leadership development, learning, and capability-building initiatives

across the organization.

● Support onboarding programs that create a memorable and engaging experience for

current employees.

● Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and regular interactions, and

translate insights into meaningful action plans.

● Lead internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, leadership updates,

employee stories, and culture campaigns.

● Coordinate employee events, town halls, celebrations, volunteering activities, and

team-building programs.

● Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives across the

organization.





● Support organizational change and culture transformation initiatives by working closely

with leadership.

● Track and analyze employee engagement, participation, and culture metrics, providing

actionable insights to leadership.

● Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience while

continuously improving people practices.

● Research emerging workplace trends and recommend innovative initiatives to enhance

employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

● Act as a culture ambassador by promoting JustAct's values and fostering an inclusive,

collaborative, and high-performing workplace.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

● MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, People

Management, or a related discipline.

● Experience in a startup, technology, SaaS, or high-growth organization will be an added

advantage.

Pay: ₹2,976.78 - ₹13,849.56 per month
