About the Role

ACCESS ASSIST is looking for an Associate – Corporate Partnerships & Impact to strengthen its engagement with corporates, CSR leadership, foundations and other institutional partners and support the development and scale-up of high-impact initiatives.

The role will focus on building strategic relationships with corporates, understanding emerging social and economic challenges, identifying opportunities for collaboration, developing compelling program propositions and supporting resource mobilisation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience and working relationships within the CSR and corporate ecosystem, with the ability to engage CSR leadership, understand corporate priorities, identify areas of mutual interest and translate these into meaningful partnerships and programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with CSR leaders, corporate foundations, corporate leadership and other institutional stakeholders.
- Leverage existing networks and proactively build new relationships with potential corporate partners.
- Understand corporate CSR priorities, thematic interests and geographic focus and identify opportunities aligned with ACCESS ASSIST's areas of expertise.
- Identify emerging social and economic challenges and work with internal teams to develop relevant, evidence-based and scalable program solutions.
- Initiate and manage conversations with prospective corporate partners and support senior leadership in strategic engagements.
- Develop concept notes, proposals, pitch decks, budgets and partnership documents tailored to corporate and CSR requirements.
- Work closely with program and technical teams to translate partner priorities into implementable programs and initiatives.
- Support the entire partnership development cycle—from identifying opportunities and developing relationships to proposal development, negotiation, closure and ongoing engagement.
- Contribute to resource mobilisation through CSR partnerships,

corporate grants, foundations and other institutional funding opportunities.
- Track CSR trends, regulatory developments, corporate priorities and emerging areas of philanthropic interest to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective corporate partners and opportunities.
- Support development of partnership strategies for specific sectors, themes and geographies.
- Contribute to ACCESS ASSIST's positioning and thought leadership with corporates through research, insights, events, roundtables and knowledge products.
- Maintain robust documentation of corporate relationships, meetings, proposals, opportunities and partnership progress.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of relevant experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, resource mobilisation, fundraising, development consulting, philanthropy, program development or a related field.

Strong existing relationships and working inroads within the CSR ecosystem will be highly valued, particularly relationships with CSR leadership and decision-makers in large corporates, corporate foundations and philanthropic institutions.

The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to understand a corporate's priorities, identify areas of opportunity, develop a compelling proposition and build the relationship required to convert that opportunity into a partnership.

Strong proposal writing, communication and presentation skills are essential. The candidate should be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders,

articulating ideas clearly and developing persuasive narratives supported by evidence and impact.

The role requires someone who is relationship-oriented, entrepreneurial, curious and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities rather than simply respond to them. The candidate should be equally comfortable engaging externally with corporate leaders and internally with technical and program teams to shape solutions.

Experience in developing and managing CSR programs, corporate partnerships, grant proposals, resource mobilisation or multi-stakeholder initiatives will be an advantage.
