We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our clinic team and drive client conversions, consultations, and treatment bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
- Contact new and existing leads to understand client needs.
- Explain clinic treatments (skin, hair, body contouring, weight management, aesthetics).
- Follow up with non‑converted, no‑show, and old leads.
- Convert enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for appointments.
- Provide treatment information post‑consultation as advised by doctors.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups,



bookings, conversions, and payments.
- Update lead/revenue sheets daily.
- Identify opportunities for repeat treatments, packages, and upselling services.
- Ensure qualified communication and a positive client experience.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing ability.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of lead follow‑up and conversion techniques.
- Comfortable handling clients via phone and WhatsApp.
- Target‑oriented and motivated to achieve revenue goals.
- Good English and Hindi communication (Marathi is an advantage).
- Basic computer skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, healthcare, beauty, or wellness sales preferred.

- Accurate and updated lead/sales records.
- Close collaboration with doctors and clinic staff to maximize conversions.
