- Stock Management: Ensure proper stock rotation by adhering to First In, First Out (FIFO) or First Order, First Out (FOFO) systems.
- Inventory Accuracy: Regularly update stock cycle counts and reconcile book stock values with physical stock.
- Bin Card Maintenance: Keep accurate records of stock levels in designated bins.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity.
- Warehouse Safety & Cleanliness: Regularly inspect the warehouse for safety hazards and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Stock Procurement & Vendor Relations: Manage stock purchases based on inventory needs and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- Stock Transfer Process: Follow management procedures during stock transfers from the warehouse to retail stores and ensure stock accuracy.
- Inventory Management Systems: Utilize technical knowledge for managing inventory systems and software as well as capable to generate reports regarding items purchase based on seasonal or monthly demand trends.
- Dead Stock Identification & Clearance: Identify and prevent accumulation of dead stock, and initiate clearance processes as necessary.
- Quality Control: Identify defective or damaged stock and manage replacements with suppliers or manufacturers.




- Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch.
- Warehouse Layout Optimization: Improve warehouse layout to enhance storage and retrieval efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and maintain accurate records of transactions and stock movements.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to staff on warehouse management best practices and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
