We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager (CA Inter) to independently manage the complete finance and accounting function and support the organization in financial planning, compliance, reporting, cash-flow management, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete Finance & Accounts function
- Manage finalization of books of accounts and financial statements
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and other statutory requirements
- Prepare MIS and management reports for business decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking and treasury operations
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external stakeholders
- Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement
- Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the Accounts team




- Provide financial insights and support management on commercial and business matters

✔ Practical knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
✔ Ability to independently finalize accounts
✔ Strong reconciliation and financial analysis skills
✔ Budgeting, forecasting & financial planning
✔ Cash-flow and working-capital management
✔ Tally ERP / Tally Prime & Advanced MS Excel
✔ ERP/accounting systems and MIS reporting
✔ Strong leadership and team-management skills

Candidate Profile

- B.Com – Mandatory
- CA Inter – Mandatory
- 8–12 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience
- Strong exposure to statutory compliance, audits and financial reporting
- Experience coordinating with auditors, consultants, banks and government authorities
- Candidates who are settled in Bengaluru will be preferred
