- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support qualified growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align development activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience in developing both frontend and backend components using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing principles and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and management.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
