Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Design Engineer in preparing architectural and construction-related drawings using AutoCAD.
- Draft municipal submission drawings, FSI calculations, and layout plans in accordance with local regulations.
- Support in creating working drawings, sections, elevations, and presentation layouts for internal and external use.
- Coordinate minor revisions based on inputs from consultants, senior architects, or municipal authorities.
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and updating of all drawing records.
- Occasionally accompany the Design Engineer for site visits to validate measurements and on-site conditions.
- Provide day-to-day drafting support to ongoing redevelopment and real estate projects.
- Co-ordinate with various consultants

Key Skills Required:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential). CANDIDATE HAVING BETTER AUTOCAD SKILLS WILL BE PREFERRED.
- Familiarity with building layouts, sections, and detailing.




- Basic knowledge of development control rules (DCR) and municipal processes. Exposure to Redevelopment will be added benefit.
- MS Office proficiency (especially Excel and Word).
- Valuable coordination and communication skills to work in a team under guidance.
- Punctuality, clarity, and accuracy in drafting work.

Work Details:

- Location: Pune (Office-based role)
- Reporting to: Design Engineer
- Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Includes one hour lunch break)
- Note: This is a task based role and not time based role, hence working beyond specified time may be expected depending upon workload.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
