Position Title:- Accounts Executive

Profile Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualifies Finance Executive to join our team and contribute to our financial matters. To succeed this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

● Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

- Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.

● Payroll processing and Tax Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) on time.
- Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws,



including GST and TDS.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory documents.

● Financial Reporting and Record Keeping

- Prepare accurate financial reports and analysis.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure timely updates of books of accounts.

Knowledge

- Education:- Master’s or any related field
- Experience:- 2- 3Years
- Knowledge of labour laws & compliances

Skills

- Skills in Tally, bank reconciliation, etc.
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skill
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
