Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Monthly Incentives( Performance Based)

LRL Motors is one of India's fast-growing motorcycle performance and accessories companies, representing leading international brands alongside our in-house brand, 66BHP.We are looking for a customer-focused Online Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling online customer queries, assisting customers with orders and product-related information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, email, social media, and other online platforms.
- Respond to customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, and delivery status.
- Assist customers with order-related queries, follow-ups, and updates.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Online, Dispatch, and Accounts teams when required.




- Handle queries related to product returns, replacements, and refunds as per company procedures.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, payments, and other requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints.
- Escalate important or unresolved customer issues to the concerned manager.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer queries.
- Contribute towards achieving customer service and performance targets.

Requirements

- Fluent in both English and Hindi – mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, chat platforms, and online communication tools.
- Positive typing and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Customer-oriented and positive approach.
- Previous experience in customer support, online sales, e-commerce, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
