Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to connect with potential property buyers, generate leads, and schedule site visits for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Explain available residential/commercial property options.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Meet daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of telecalling experience in real estate.




- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English; local language is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects, locations, and property sales.
- Confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
