Job Responsibilities

· Lead sales for multiple projects or a large-scale residential/commercial project.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

· Manage Sales Managers, Senior Managers, and the overall sales team.

· Drive direct sales, channel sales, institutional sales, and other business channels.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key channel partners and strategic customers.

· Monitor project-wise sales performance, inventory, pricing, collections, and revenue.

· Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.

· Analyze market trends, competition, pricing, and customer demand.

· Support management in pricing, product positioning, offers, and sales planning.

· Handle major negotiations and high-value customer closures.

· Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS,



and business updates for senior management.

· Identify sales challenges and implement corrective strategies.

· Should be positive at strategy and closures.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate/MBA preferred.

· 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales.

· Strong experience managing large sales teams and multiple projects.

· Proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets.

· Strong network among channel partners and property consultants.

· Excellent leadership, commercial, negotiation, and strategic-planning skills.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
