5. Understanding the process valiation if (Die-casting and Machning).

6. Handling All types of Measuring Instrument.

7. To create CMM programmer for New Products.

8. Knowledge of Standards for Tolerancing .

9. To understanding thr measurement valitation measuring erros, and Alignment Errors,

10. Optical Comparator, Conductivity Tester, Hardness Tester, Profilometer - Surface Roughness, Micro-hite Gauge, Air Gauge, Video Gauge – Thickness, Ohm Meter - Electrical Conductivity, Indicator – Flatness

11. NPD documenration.

Required Skills

- 3-4 years of experience in Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Is preferred.




- Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, & Word) is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- CMM Setup, Controls, Results Interpretation OR Laser Tracker Basic Controls, Setup Part, Understand Results OR Final Inspection - Finish Specs, Workmanship & Mismatch Inspection, Assembly Specs, Job Book Completion
- Understand & Locate Company Quality Rqmts (Quality Manual, PMIs, PDIs)
- Validation of Concerning Measurements
- Carl ZEISS make CMM sofware experience.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,957.12 - ₹30,000.00 per month
