Job Summary: We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Real Estate Closing Manager to take complete ownership of our late-stage sales pipeline. The ideal candidate specializes in conversion, turning qualified walk-ins, site-visit leads, and channel partner referrals into confirmed property bookings. You will handle high-stakes face-to-face negotiations, resolve client objections, draft transaction terms, and ensure smooth financial and administrative deal closure

Key Responsibility:

Drive Final Sales Conversions: Lead critical face-to-face closing meetings with warm prospects, property investors, and High-Net-Worth Individuals

High-Impact Negotiation: Navigate discussions on final property pricing, versatile payment schedules, and specific contractual terms to secure instant token bookings

Overcome Client Bottlenecks:



Address complex customer doubts, financial hesitations, and structural objections calmly and strategically to push transactions across the finish line

Channel Partner Coordination: Proactively collaborate with external real estate brokers and channel partners to efficiently process incoming referral closures

Transaction Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end post-booking process, from the first deposit allocation down through legal sales agreement documentation and registration.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full operational adherence to internal policies, local zoning rules, and regional mandates (such as RERA guidelines).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
