Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented MIS Data Entry Executive to manage sales and purchase data, handle invoice entry within Digeca and assist in tracking collections and order executions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate real-time data maintenance and streamline administrative support for our daily sales operations.

Responsibilities:

· Invoicing in Digeca and regularizing purchase invoices.





· Update and reconcile stock data accurately in Excel.

· Prepare sales orders and follow up on order execution.

· Document sales transactions and prepare analytical MIS reports at regular intervals.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, data entry or sales coordination (experience in

the steel, iron or manufacturing sector is preferred).

· Proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience working with Digeca software.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical abilities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
