Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in-store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
- Coordinate with the team regarding stock and customer requirements.
- Handle billing and basic sales documentation when required.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Candidates preferred/required based on the brand's customer-facing role.
- 0–3 years of experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, or sales.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
- Well-presented, confident, and pleasant personality.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of jewellery products will be an added advantage.
